"Hotel was great, on site restaurant was horrible."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good!"

"Staff were quite nice, friendly. Room and bathroom very clean. Buffett breakfast was good.. Breakfast opened at 6:30 which was a plus for us. Only problem but we managed. There was a big jacuzzi tub and the shower head was in jacuzzi so hard to get in and out to shower in mornings. I was told we were in upgraded room. Other then that, nice place to stay"

"Staff was very friendly"

"Good stay"

"Liked the location but the room was outdated."

"Nice place to stay"

"We had 2 rooms because the wifi was so bad. In the first room, the door lock was hanging off and there was no deadbolt or chain. There were just 2 skimpy"

"We stayed at the Microtel for two nights due to appointments at the Sault Area Hospital which is close by. The room was clean with excellent bed and bedding. The staff was helpful and accomodating. The amenities....air, wifi, tv, etc worked as they should. The breakfast room is large and well stocked. This will be our go-to place for future medical appointments."

"The room was clean and had everything I needed. I would stay here again! No complaints."

"I feel like home… the staff showed much hospitality . Would highly recommend to my family & friends. Only recommendation is to improve the breakfast menu with healthier options ."

"The cottage was okay, I like a rustic space and it is that. The bed was comfortable and clean. However there are a few things I can't ignore. This was advertised as a honeymoon sweet. If you are looking for a romantic space this is not it. The bedroom area has little privacy and tacky heart decorations the room would be better off without. The biggest thing I can't ignore is how awful the finishes in the bathroom were. They covered everything in fake marble and did a poor job of it while they...

"We have been on a road trip staying in motels. This was the best, by far. It has been well renovated, especially the bathroom. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. And, important to us, the wifi was great. The bed was comfortable, the bedding nice quality and the electric fireplace on the wall was a nice touch. Thank you!"

"Fairly quiet neighbourhood."

"Super clean"
