Our overall stay was wonderful. However, our breakfast experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the staff (young lady) simply asked if we had a voucher—no greeting, no smile—just handed us the menu. Unfortunately, her lack of customer service left a negative impression and affected the start of our day.
Hopefully, management will take this as an opportunity to address the importance of a warm and welcoming approach—especially in the morning, when a simple smile or greeting can set the tone for a guest’s entire day. A friendly “good morning” goes a long way in making guests feel valued.
