"Great customer service, large, clean apartment and very tasty breakfast"

"The bed uncomfortable and very low.Did't have good night sleep"

"Super nice, very clean, charming, and peaceful. The staff was very helpful and kind, and the breakfast buffet was top-notch. I highly recommend this property"

"Super netjes en schoon en heel vriendelijk personeel. "

"Bardzo miły i pomocny personel. "

"Have stayed several times there and will be so in the future, too."

"Great property in a wonderful city. Review your directions before heading there. Have to give the staff a shoutout. They were all fantastic and totally committed to ensuring our stay was great. Very convenient to everything- we are planning to return."

"The decor is a bit aged but a clean and good spot to get to the old town. Food was good and the staff friendly."

"Really nice place, right in where you want to be visiting Torun Super clean, nicely decorated. Probably my favorite hotel during whole stay in Poland"

"Breakfast wasn't great and not a great restaurant menu either but great location and lovely staff"

"Great place to stay. 10 min walk to the old town. Żabka nearby for convenience. Breakfast/coffee you can purchase on the first floor. Buy parking ahead of time. If not… in front of the Police station is free parking. And other it’s available nearby (4min walk). Clean. Stylish. Laundry on site. Rooftop place you can also hang out. Highly recommended."

"The hotel has no lift and we were on floors 3 and 4 We arrived on 17th and walked out on 21st. No one had cleaned the room or charged towels etc. However my legs could no longer manage all those stairs. Very basic breakfast The outside bar over the road is very noisy and this continues with shouting and laughing until 4 am (ear plugs are necessary) The hotel has a traditional appearance inside and it is such a pity that we could not endure the place."

"Great hotel ,very short walk to old town ,stuff very friendly"

"This is very nice property with in the old town square. Easy to walk to restaurants and shops. The apartment is fantastic and decorated very nicely. Great WiFi too."

"Awesome family hotel. Breakfast was probably the best we had at a hotel. Also great indoor & outdoor pools that our kids loved, and its right across the street from the old town Torun. This is the hotel we'll use when visiting Torun."

"The room was clean and well appointed! The staff were very polite and responsive. They went above and beyond to help when I left a package behind! I would highly recommend this hotel!"

"We had a very pleasant stay at Apartamenty Chleb i Wino. The location is excellent, right in the center and just steps from the main square, which made it very convenient for exploring the city. The service was effortless from start to finish, and the staff were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. Breakfast was also very good. The only downside was the noise. We could clearly hear people walking on the staircase, and at times there was quite a bit of noise from the restaurant downstairs,...

"The shower did not drain properly and made a mess with water all over the bathroom floor. Other than that great stay"
