"First - these folks are so nice, and the location right outside the Great Sand Dunes National Park can't be beat. The full fridge and freezer worked well, and the mini kitchenette would be nice if we stayed longer (my roomie noticed skillets, no saucepan, and one knife, so limited equipment). We had issues with noise, however. One can hear everything through the walls. When you have a family next door that can't use their inside voices, forget about sleep. "Room was clean and comfortable. Location was good for where I needed to be and close to stores and restaurants. My only complaint is the low water pressure in the shower but that is minor and typical of nearly all hotels."

"Staff was very friendly. Even helped me to get a softer pillow. Parking was easy and convenient, room was top tier in cleanliness, functionality and comfort."

"Just camp somewhere, you will be better off. Staying here was disgusting, the ceiling was peeling off, the bathroom had little animals coming out of drainage. Bedroom sheets were staying not to mention the horrible smell of the room. This is not a 3 start hotel if you will even call it that. Stay away and save your money."

"The man that checked us in was unbelievably rude. The carpet in our room was very dirty. The sheets and pillow cases were old and stained. The area where breakfast was to be served was dirty so we skipped the free breakfast."
