"Beautiful apartment, really enjoyed staying here, loved the view from the balcony, and the lounge and bedrooms. The apartment was beautifully laid out, and thoughtfully provisioned. Would definitely recommend a stay here when we are next in the area. Appreciated the tea, coffee, milk and wine available, and little touches like the throws for sitting outside on the balcony. "The Grand has definitely seen better days but overall I enjoyed staying there. My room was beautiful and the bed was very comfy. The beachfront is very noisy at night with some 'interesting' people wandering around but I guess that it is because it is a touristy area. Brighton is not somewhere I would visit again. "

It was very reasonably priced, extremely convenient location, and our Seaview balcony room was spotless and very spacious. I've only marked down one star for facilities as the trim on the shower screen didn't meet the bath and the floor got soaked when we showered, so we had to use all of the towels to mop it up.
