"Fully read up on the parking situation there is either $55 dollars a night for valet hotel parking, or you can park across the street in a paid parking lot that was $35 overnight (Also of which my car was side swiped and left). Then prepare for paper thin walls and heavy slamming doors. I was hoping to get off of work and take a nap but within the 1.5 hours of trying to lay to take a nap I could hear every single person on the hall enter their room as doors slammed behind them and walls shook...

"Overall, the motel is poorly maintained (broken lamp shades, peeling paint, buckling flooring, back door "emergency" exits propped open, etc. Thankfully, the room was clean and I was able to get some much needed sleep. However, I will not be booking a room here again."

The shower was the best of any hotel I've stayed in as the shower head was high enough I didn't need to duck to get under it(6'4) and the water pressure was amazing!"

"Check when you book your room, studios don’t have a fridge. Also the ice machine on my floor wasn’t working. It was a great room for what I needed otherwise."

"I booked extended stay because they provide a refrigerator, stove and kitchen supplies. Due to construction workers staying at the hotel, there were no kitchen supplies such as plates, cups or spoons in our room. This caused us to unexpectedly eat out."

"Active construction was happening, when I entered my first room two men were inside drilling the walls. They gave me a different room and this one had construction dust all over the floor and a big piece of wood with nails sticking out of it under the sink. The room was clean except for a long curly hair on a towel and some hair in the shower. The shuttle service is a joke and make SURE they write you under the right time.. or even at all."

"Called the hotel on the 6th July to ask what name is on the shuttle as had waited close to an hr, lady went on to tell me which door to exit and island to get bus, which I told her I’d been waiting for close to an hr and repeated my question what name is on the bus she eventually told me."

"Many restaurants to accomodate the number of people. Did not have to wait for a table any evening! Staff is kind and smiles but any complaint is responded with the corporate script. Nothing is done: room refrigerator not working, 2 boys outside hunting the wild rabbits on the property in order to “capture it to hold it!” Security never showed or contacted me.Lifeguards are “kids” hanging onto their Ellis Guard floaty and absolutely useless. There is an entire pool area with many water amenities...

"We had a wonderful stay! Every staff member we interacted with was delightful. Such great service! The hotel is so clean and beautifully designed. Our room was comfortable and laid out thoughtfully. There is a little sound coming from the interstate if you are on that far side of the hotel at night, but it wasn’t disruptive. The hot tub and pools are awesome! We really appreciated that the pools open early and stay open late. We would love to stay again."
