I love staying here every year. I love the smell that is in the lobby. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. It is nice to have the same wait staff I think it shows this hotel is good to there employee's.

The Sonesta is well located to make the most of your trip in downtown Denver. Our room was well appointed, very comfortable and service was excellent. The lounge downstairs is well designed; for a busy weekend like a Denver-trip to the AFC Championship, I would recommend a second bartender be on-duty throughout the afternoon and into the evening. Staff are personable, helpful and attentive.

Really nice hotel. Comfortable accommodating, warm and friendly! I just wish they would have complimentary coffee in the morning til 9AM. A lil warm gesture for guests goes a long way on a fridgid morning! Other then that, our stay was great! Really close to everything!
