"My only issue with the room is that it was too dark to see well to do my hair. The only mirror is on the wardrobe door and it’s right beside the room door where there’s no lights. Otherwise I had a lovely stay. "

"Personeel erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Ietwat meer uitleg over de grote van de kamers zou een suggestie zijn. Verder prettig hotel en voldoende parkeergelegenheid. "

"On arrival, we were not told what breakfast times were or where we could get breakfast. We asked about parking which we had paid extra for in our room to be told it was free at weekends anyway. We had paid for pool access on the room but were not told of where this was or how to access it. As it turns out, the pool and gym are well attended by locals and we barely got a chance to go but a timetable would have been helpful. "This was the second time of staying at the Banff Springs Hotel. I found the whole experience very pleasing. The reception, bar and restaurant area is very clean and a comfortable place to chill. I booked single rooms for my Son and I and we both found them to be of a good size with a comfortable bed, which is all one needs after a long drive up from London. "Location was ideal for train and bus access. The hotel is old and the rooms are old and in need of updating but our room was clean. The common areas (reception and restaurant) were updated at some point. They do provide a nice breakfast and food was fresh and hot. Staff were very pleasant and helpful "
