"The hotel was a short walk from the main part of town with lots of shops , restaurants and the marina . The front of the hotel had a very beautiful Olive Garden with a pool in the center . So a little buggy especially with the heat wave . The pool was beautiful and very relaxing . The back of the hotel had a jacuzzi in the garden as well . The food was good and the staff were friendly. I think they are in the middle of redecorating the rooms . Some rooms are more updated . Some are partially updated. I would recommend if you are planning on visiting Lake garda Desenzano ."

"Location was very good and hotel very clean. Breakfast very good. However, the area around the pool side was extremely slippery (seeing multiple incidents, during our week stay) and there wasn’t a hand rail to get in and out of the pool. Surcharge for drinks and snacks around poolside too high (€3 per person, per time) and unnecessary. Given the importance of the World Cup, it would have been nice to watch it in rooms, for a small additional surcharge."

"Hotel staff were very helpful and went above and beyond to look after us and advise on the local area. The swimming pool was very clean and refreshing. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of food. Very close to the lake and the bus stop was close by which made getting around very accessible if you didn’t have a car. Would definitely stay there again."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar was excellent and that staff also made us welcome. The room was clean. The location is overlooking the lake and has easy access to the lakefront promenade. It’s about a five minute walk to the center of the city and the ferry terminals. Regarding ferries we do recommend checking departure times with ticket agents. The schedules don’t always match. This is not related to the hotel. We woukd stay here again."
