Unprofessional staff and unclean rooms. Extra firm mattress and staff requested that I pay $3.00 for extra towels and said that guests do not get house keeping services once you are staying for 2 nights

Great room...

Very clean, comfortable bed, friendly staff, a lot bigger than I thought I was getting. We booked one night and got a room with a kitchen, living room, little dinning area and separate little bedroom space. I would stay here again.

Everything was great. Check in was easy and quick. Very nice staff. The carpet in the room could be cleaner looking. The bed and pillows were very comfy.

Great place to stay , the front check-in staff were spectacular. Check in went super smooth with the young lady at the counter, fast and simple. Our rooms were clean and ready to go and parking was great. Early breakfast was great. Simple easy stuff to take back to the room . Rooms were in clean great shape and the showers were stromg and hot if needed . Room air conditioning was perfect set it and go. Thanks for the great stay my friends , I'll definitely be back . Highly recommended stay.

I have stayed at this hotel before one other time and will be staying again next month. I don’t really have much to complain about other than the carpet looking a little dirty but that’s it. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a Walmart and Target not to far off as well as restaurants. The room I got was spacious and accommodated me and my family. I will be staying here again. Good hotel.

The property wa clean on the outside and inside for the most part. Beds were clean. There were roaches crawling on the walls in the hallway and in the rooms. Staff was rude when asked about getting a blanket and a couple extra pillows.

We were in town for a week for a tournament and booked 3 rooms- it was clean and quiet. The rooms are in need of minor repairs (small stuff- like loose toilet paper holders, cabinet scratches, etc) but for the price I have zero complaints. It’s a 4 minute drive from a grocery store and a target. We loved being able to cook for ourselves for the week! The staff was very friendly and accommodating our students. We have already booked again for next year!

Some of the clientele made myself and daughters feel uncomfortable and unsafe. The hallways had a strong odor that was nauseating. The bed and pull out couch were extremely uncomfortable - all we could feel were the springs in the mattresses. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very helpful. Bed very uncomfortable bed!! Queen is more like a double size. Room spacious, overall clean enough. Hallways smell and have the feel of an apartment building. Room too bright though during the night. Enjoyed the ready to go breakfast option.

Worth the price becuse of the location

Check in was great! Friendly & efficient staff. The location is near great restaurants & recently reopened Bel Air concert venue. That was the good, now the bad. They seem to have a significant number of longterm live in families. There are no normal Extended Stay amenities. When i went to the front desk, i asked for plates, sliverware, cup and such. I walked away with 2 red silo cups. This hotel is worth the price becuse of it location

They did not have my Expedia reservation upon arrival. We ended up having to book through them. Expedia has processed the refund and done a great job of fixing it, and the front desk staff did their best. Still, the location was a bit older and dirty and we could not find dog disposal cans despite being a dog friendly hotel.

Nice, clean room. Comfortable. TV remote didn't work. At check-in I waited 5-10 minutes, no one there. No bell to ring. Monitor showed me standing there. Knocked on counter, no response. Knocked louder, no response. Thought I heard taking behind the door. Knocked really loud, someone came, but no apology, and barely acknowledged. I apologized for knocking so loud, no response. Got me checked in, finally started thawing out. Maybe she was embarrassed.

The room was both large and clean. We were checked in with amazing friendly staff and the price was perfect. The only issues we had were, there was only 1 garbage in the bathroom, a second one for the main room would be nice. The second issue was the check out. We had a softball tournament and our game was early but the main office check in was closed until 10 am. That is very inconvenient. There should be a way to check out before 10 am. Other than the 2 issues it was a great stay.
