This hotel was beautiful inside and out! It was very clean, a great location for us, and an amazing price. The bathroom had plenty of room along with the bedroom. We went to a concert in Des Moines and spent the night here.

Very nice newer hotel 5 minutes from the airport… 2 miles away is a nice “ suburb” with lots of dining options… very safe area… hotel was very well kept, king room was spacious and love the fridge and microwave in the room!

Perfect place to stay near airport.

Great place to stay near the DSM airport. Very friendly staff. Outdoor fire table. Restaurant was not open because it was Christmas Day, but Johnny’s is very good and we eat there often.

I had a great stay. The hotel was great. Check in was easy and staff was friendly. I was exhausted when I got to my room and all I wanted was a shower and my bed. This hotel delivered both - showers were clean, water was hot and water pressure was spot on. Beds were comfortable and I slept well. It was probably one of the quietest hotel stays I’ve ever had. Once my door closed, I heard nothing. For the price of the hotel, I was a bit disappointed that there was no pool/hot tub and that breakfast wasn’t complimentary but I didn’t have time for either of those things during this stay so not a deal breaker. Of note - you could use the pool at the hotel across the parking lot. And you could buy breakfast at the attached restaurant. Overall - would definitely return.

The room was clean. Beds were clean and comfortable with great pillows. The desk clerk when we checked in at7:30 pm Sat.9/6 was very unsociable. No welcoming.The services offered at the hotel like pool, fitness center or breakfast were not even mentioned. There were no smiles or pleasantries. My husband couldn't hear her. Seemed like she didn't want to be there. If this is your customer service, we were disappointed.
