"We enjoyed the Artisan restaurant, the great shops in the area. We were able to take a 5 min. walk to the Salem mall. Great restaurant for breakfast was the Friendly Toast, a 1min. walk from the hotel."

"I was there for 4 nights and didn’t receive any housekeeping. I was told that I’d need to put in a request on the 3rd day, I did that and still no housekeeping. No clean towels, or trash bags. Before I left I brought it to the front desk and the guy seemed like he didn’t care at all. (didn’t get the guys name). Also let me mention that the elevator cert maintenance here has been expired for the past 5 months. I’ve been coming to this hotel for years and I’m not sure if it’s the new employees or management but worst experience of my life at a hotel. Honestly. And breakfast was trash too. "

"Can 9 was very cozy and provided what we needed very well. I would suggest having a small mirror on desk or in bathroom. Also, although water was hot and enough it may be good to share there is about 5 gallons of hot water before it heats up which is helpful to be prepared to take an efficient shower."

"Breakfast was good, eggs, bacon or sausage, yogurt, waffles, hot & cold cereal. The only problem was check-out, I inf ormed housekeeping at 9am that I was leaving at 11am (checkout time). Without knocking, housekeeping keyed the door open at 10am., Luckily I had finished my shower and was dressed. "
