Comfortable and spacious room, nice leisure facilities. What really made it stand out was the staff being so kind to our children - there were sweets on their pillows, which was really nice after a long journey. At breakfast I was on my own with the children and the hostess offered to get my food and a coffee, which was so thoughtful. The chef came out and asked the children if they would like some pancakes, which he then prepared specially for them with fresh strawberries. Really kind and individual service!

I stayed with my dog and two kids, staff were lovely. They made us feel welcome with our pooch and my kids. I wad hesitant at first being the only brown people I could see for the first 24hrs however no issues and professional establishment.

We had a private party here and stayed over, it is a great venue and staff here are lovely and really helpful. The hot buffet was really really good, the chef kept bringing more food and replacing dishes when they'd been eaten, really recommend this hotel. Rooms were lovely, quiet and breakfast is of a great standard.

Friendliest Hotel I’ve stayed in

I stay regularly in hotels and this is the friendliest hotel I have stayed in for a long time One night was not enough Went for a Christmas party The DJ was brilliant too Kept everyone on the dance floor From the free mulled wine on check in till leaving the following morning after at full English Breakfast, just a wonderful, friendly stay Thank you The whole team need to be proud of the atmosphere they have created in the hotel
