"It was unfortunate that property had an outage resulting in us having no room keys. We had to be taken to our rooms by staff. The did not over staff for this and ot caused additional headaches. My group and 2 rooms on different floors for 3 night stay, it made it difficult. Also, they indicated there would be crecit for compensation and it was 25.00. I don't see that as a compensation. It barely covets the daily resort fee per day. Poorly managed in face of a crisis. "

"Good, clean, refurbished rooms. Convenient location, however, it gets noisy because the street performers' music gets very loud between 7pm - 12am. But after that, it is quiet. "

"Really liked that the construction of the building is concrete, made for a quiet sleep. The staff was very accommodating with our request. Self-park was a bonus. We see ourselves returning the next time we have a Mission ballroom show to attend. Thank you Cambria RiNo."
