"I got an email stating that we would get a welcome beer and $15 dollar credit for food. We did not get a beer or credit. I also booked a suite which showed a bath tub. 99% of the pictures show a bathrub in the room. We got a room with no bathtub. That was literally the whole reason i booked a suite. There was nothing exceptional about the room at all. The cable even cut out every few minutes when we sat down to relax. Would never spend that kind of money again for a basic room. "

"What a great experience! My girlfriend and I took a trip to Denver for her birthday and I wanted to stay at a unique place. I was on the fence with a couple of hotels but this one stood out from the rest and I was not disappointed. Aside from the decor and atmosphere, the staff was truly professional and welcoming making it a thoroughly relaxing stay. We were really impressed with the room (we received a generous upgrade to a room with a view and a 20'ceiling, tastefully appointed furnishings, artwork, etc.) We absolutely loved it. It was spotless. We had reservations at a restaurant in the surrounding area so we did not get a chance to try the restaurant at the hotel this time but we did stop by the bar at the end of the evening for a nightcap; if you like bourbon and scotch: try "The Beast"...I gotta go back for that one and presentation is a very nice touch! The staff was the best; can't compliment them enough. The Gravity Haus has made a lasting impression...we look forward to our next stay here."
