I booked a room with 2 queen beds. Got 2 full sized beds. The room was dirty and it had a musty smell.

This is not a hotel. This is like temporary housing apartment which it not in good conditions. The entire apartment smells like cigarettes. It wasn't clean. There was a lot of cigarettes stain all over the place. The fans were so dirty

Upon trying to check in in person, I got told my reservation could not be accommodated as they were short staffed and didn’t have clean rooms. I told the worker that wasn’t my problem and he said “mine either, I’m not the cleaner”. He suggested another property 2 hours away. Still got charged $50 more than what I reserved it for. Called the next day and luckily got it refunded. The area looks very unsafe and it was a major blessing in disguise. I was happy to pay more at a Marriott property in a much nicer and safer area.

This isn't a Red Roof Inn like I've stayed in before. Totally unprofessionally ran dirty. Unacceptable living or overnight stay feel like I've been defrauded. I will contact Better Business Bureau and an attorney if I don't receive my complete refund.
