Spa was out of order and airport shuttle doesn't run all night. I chose this hotel for the spa so it would be nice if they told you online that it is out of order. My fault for not checking if the airport shuttle ran after midnight. My children and I had to attempt to sleep at the airport which defeated the reason for renting the room.

Hotel was pretty nice. Cushion on back wall restaurant was ripped all over. Food was good but expensive.
The hotel room seemed a bit old and just didn't feel organized.

Outdated hotel lacking basic things like a clock in the room or wash cloths. Restaurant was out of everything, tvs did not work. Trash everywhere

Everything was fine except I did specifically book this hotel because it had a hot tub and I found out upon check in that the hot tub was not working. Not a big deal but a bummer nonetheless!
We are an older retired airline crew couple, and have stay in thousands of hotels. All kinds, but never have we received such wonderful customer service that the front desk and the van driver gave us. They seemed to truly enjoy their job and it shows. The room was great, but the staff is what makes this hotel shine above the rest.
Other than a little trouble checking in, everything was perfect. Somehow they did not have a reservation for us and had to make one at the time of check in.
We got a suite it was old, linens on the bed felt worn and they gave us two bath towels they were thin and worn out. The shower configuration was akward and there was an old shower curtain on the shower instead of a sliding door water was all over the bathroom floor because of the jury- rigged. Room was not Marriott quality.

I arrived and the clerk was very helpful and friendly. I arrived to my room and the hallway was covered in plastic and loud music was coming from behind one of the doors from some kind of construction. There was damage in the room to a closet door and the tub was dirty. I alerted the front desk of the damaged room so I wouldn’t be charged for the damages.

We stay exclusively at Marriott properties and have been here several times before. Unfortunately, it is clear that this is a run down property and in need of restoration. The hallways were not clean, and the hot tub was broken. Although the interior lobby is nice, the hallways and rooms are in desperate need of an upgrade.
We showed up almost 2 hours after check in and there was no room ready for us :(
The property has seen better days. It's a bit shabby.
The staff is all very friendly though and try to be of help.
Great place. Staff very polite. Shuttle to airport not 24 hours (couldn’t find on website) and if miss it 45$ to get there. Would book again if shuttle could be used. Otherwise too expensive for simple overnight.
The exterior of the entrance was dirty and trash on the driveway and lawn area.
