Great location and great staff. Jo Jo was not only friendly and courteous but always helpful. Would stay again. Location was next door to laundry and a warung for all meals, with many more within only a few blocks. Easy to get to main roads and the beach.

Potential to be 10/10

If they improve the bathroom and the smell emitting from bathroom this place would be 10/10 The odour coming from drains in sink and bathroom were horrible. Also very mouldy bathroom. Staff are very friendly, good location for restaurants and a casual 15m walk to beach Would have 100% recommended if not fro smells and condition of bathroom

Nice quiet little place. We stayed 2 nights. Rooms are a wee bit small but was ok for a few nights. No face cloth provided, but that seems to be quite common in Bali. Bathroom is a wet room, which I’m not a fan of. otherwise this place is good for the price and convenient location with easy walk to the beach

Just a special place overnight b4 fastboat to Penida! Transport on bike @ very reasonable rate to port & will be back again in L8 November! Down laneways, but therefore away from noisey traffic! Friendly staff! 😎

I spent nearly a month in February at The Cozy Haven and JoJo and the team were wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble As a solo female traveller, I felt safe and the room was excellent (I stayed in the Junior Suite). The property is only a few years old, lovely interior and great space. Internet was fast. Cleaning and maintenance was excellent. It is walking distance to the main Street of Sanur close to plenty of shopping and restaurants and only 29mins to the beach. Only negative is if you like a big pool you won’t find it here but that wasn’t an issue for me. I’ll definitely be staying again.

Solo in Sanur

What a gem of a hotel hidden in the middle of Sanur. The location is perfect and the hotel is so beautiful as well as the amazing staff on site. The wifi is great, the rooms are new and fantastic and it was one of the most relaxing places I have been since my trip to Bali. Jojo was amazing and I cant wait to visit again

The location is decent, to be honest. However, I regret to say that there was construction happening right behind my room, leading to constant drilling and hammering noise throughout my visit. This was rather bothersome and uncomfortable.
