"部屋のトイレが壊れていたり、洗面台の水道の蛇口が壊れていて水が出なかったりして大変でした。また、シャワーは何とか少し出ましたが、お湯は出なく、水でした。ホテルのスタッフに相談すると、部屋を変えてくれましたが変更後の部屋も同じ状況であり、大変でした。"

"We stayed here at the end of our 2-week Bali/Lombok trip and it was simply wonderful. Beautiful decor, our room was spacious and tastefully furnished, and the staff were really helpful and kind (especially Gede :)). Very peaceful and away from everything else. Very close to Tihingan, Klungkung, if you are keen to buy gamelan :) And close to delicious local seafood fare at Pantai Lebih."

"Pool was amazing. Location was great.
Rooms were dirty, and poorly cleaned. No soap, sinks have probably never been washed. Mold in rooms. Really tired.
Staff really nice, but conditions disappointing.
Breakfast was really good."
