Merkel was our main bulter during our stay as we had him for 6 of the 8 days (check out day he was off). He always made sure we were good and was excellent to inform us if any delays were occuring. The hotel and amenities were spotless but the extra charges were extremely high. Charging $20 US per day for towels, $100 US for the airport shuttle, hurricane fees, help the Bahamas fees. Beautiful place but we will not return.
