The property was just right for what we wanted everything close by walk distance around. The place was clean staff friendly area safe. I will recommend it to I will definitely return next time

Otelin konumu, gezmek istediğimiz yerler ile iç içeydi. Pamukkaleyi gezmek isterseniz konum olarak çok iyi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili. Denilenlere uymasak da Gezebileceğimiz yerleri, yemek yiyebileceğimiz, hediyelik eşya bile alabileceğimiz yerleri söylediler. Pandemi nedeni ile herhangi bir yeme içme hizmeti alamadık bu kötü bir durum çocuklu aileler için. Otelin ve odanın temizliği iyiydi

Pretty hotel with great amenities and fast wifi
Fantastic location, friendly and helpful staff and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely recommend this hotel for short-term travelers

Great service, comfortable Stay
Perfect location to explore the travertines, few minutes to the gate. Excellent service by the owner Mr Ali, who was very knowledgeable and arranged a few tours for us at very good prices.

Great service, Friendly staff, good location. It is right in front the "walking entrance" to Pammukale. There are loads of shops and restaurants around and safe to walk.

Great welcome.
The welcome was great in this family run hotel, well located to explore the town as well as access Heliopolis and the travertines. Excellent value for money, and the on site Chinese restaurant complete with Chinese chef was an unexpected pleasure. The family also run a very good Turkish restaurant a short walk away.

Great hotel, Perfect location to enter Pamukkale
Nice room. Clean toilet and shower. Very comfy bed. Nice staff even offer a drop off to the bus stop. Oh.. and excellent variety of breakfast

Worst hotel ever
It was extremely stressful. Hotel.com charges us for the booking already before leaving but upon checkout, the hotel owner tried to rip us off by charging again. I called my bank, showed him the bank statement and he would not budge. At the end, after refusing to pay for 30 mins, they realized they couldn't take more money from us and they gave up and let us go.

The good things first: the accommodation is very close to the entrance to the UNESCO site and having a balcony was really nice. The service was always very friendly. Unfortunately the faucet didn't work properly and the shower wasn't in quite good conditions either. The room had a fridge and a hot water kettle, the latter was in a very bad condition. Luckily the reception was very kind and lent us another one. Overall I think Pamukkale must be overran with tourists, maybe that's the reason for the condition.. OK place but next time I would stay somewhere else.

Resepsiyondaki beyefendi çok kibardı, herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamdık giriş ve çıkışta. Odalar maalesef bize göre bakımsızdı. Duş sıcak suya ayarlandığında tazyiksiz ve az akıyordu. Pikeler tam kurumadan serilmiş gibiydi dolayısı ile odada nem hissiyatından uyuyamadık. Ancak fiyat ve performans açısından değerlendirilecek olursa normaldi.
