Beautiful location and property. Sufficient parking spaces. Room was good. Wi-Fi did not work for guests during the entire stay. Staff appeared clueless about the issue, even though all of the reservation and administration works were unaffected. We did not find dining options (especially breakfast) on the property convenient.

Holland America is really spread out but there is constant shuttle services for guests’ convenience. Two great onsite dine-in restaurants. Had meals at both and very nice. Lot of cruise guests who constantly have to navigate. Had a great room.

While it was a decent place to stay, there are a few things to be aware of. First, parking is not the best. We were told to park in the front lot as there was no parking at the building our room was located. There’s a very steep road that we had to walk up and down to reach our car. Second, there’s one coffee shop in the lobby that opens early. But everyone wants a coffee so the line was 25 people long. The people working were very kind and friendly.

We stayed at Holland America Denali Lodge 3 nights. They did not clean our rooms once during our stay. We had to ask for clean towels and when they brought them to our rooms, they asked my wife & I to put the dirty towels in a bag to remove from our room. This is NOT the kind of stop the level of service I expect from a full-service hotel. At these prices we were very disappointed.

I loved the big clean rooms and comfortable beds especially after 2 days of backcountry hiking in Denali National Park, Each unit is divided into quiet mini compounds giving you a serene view of the Nanana River and Forested grounds.
