Their accommodation was unique in the historic feel to the whole property but not at the expense of comfort and we must make a special mention of the lovely swimming pool and the chickens who provided our eggs. "The location looks a bit odd at first as the area is developing and is by a main road, but the hotel is well equipped and clean with a lovely pool area. What made our stay great was the family running it who were lovely. We weren’t sure where to eat so asked at the hotel and they cooked us a really delicious meal! We would happily stay again as it was practical and very good value."
