"I recently stayed at Le Méridien New Delhi and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
The first room we were given had no hot water at all, which was extremely inconvenient after a long day of travel. On top of that, there were tiny glass pieces on the floor in the room, and I actually hurt my feet because of it. This raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety standards of the hotel.
Although the staff eventually changed our room, another uncomfortable issue was that the staff members seemed to expect tips and would not leave the room promptly without receiving one. This made the experience feel awkward and unprofessional.
Overall, while the hotel may have a good reputation and location, the lack of proper room inspection, safety concerns, and the behavior we experienced from staff made this stay far below expectations."
