"I loved this hotel, it is close to the airport which meant only a 5-10minute drive and we kept our rooms till 6pm, perfect. The staff were friendly and the food in the restaurant was excellent. However, I got locked out of my room at the normal cut off time 12 noon and had to go down to reception for my key to be redone. I wasn't happy about this and felt when questioned about who I had spoke to for this extension, that I wasn't believed which made me feel under-valued."

"Decent hotel. It is overpriced, but so are all the hotels in the area. Room was good, just a little hot. I do wish the gym would have lower temperature or at least a fan for the treadmills; running in 25C heat is just a sweat-fest! Not many gluten fee options for breakfast."
