Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Arrived at midnight and was told there were no rooms available despite booking a month in advance. Staff were rude and unhelpful.
Ended up wandering the streets till 2am to find a place putting myself and partner in a dangerous situation.
