I be am extremely disappointed with Expedia. I trust your service and booked this hotel. It is one of worst hotel to stay. Room was smelling like mold. It had mold on pillows and bedsheets.
For the price, it is a nice stay, comfortable, friendly, and close to Red Fort. 24/7 room service, they even helped me order Dominos!
Downside, access to hotel is a bit off the main road, like an ‘L’ shaped alley, and when we arrived at night, I was a bit uncomfortable. However, I never felt unsafe!
Property is good but very inside from the main road. silent area Which makes you feel unsafe specifically at night time. DO NOT BOOK. if you are family with child or couple only. Large group booking should be good

Property was close to city centre (Old Delhi), as it was cold, it was unfortunate that there was no heating in our room. Room service/Food was great, service good. It was a bit inconvenient to request for a hot shower at certain times.
The hotel itself is nice and the amenities are... Sufficient, but the room floor was a bit dusty. The staff was nice, but breakfast was very basic. The location however is a bit bad. It's located in a dead end street, so it can only be accessed from one road. To make things worse, every evening one of the entryway leading to the nearest major road is closed by the Delhi police, so to get to the hotel in the evenings I had to make a detour through some rather unsavory neighborhood. Well, at least the area around the hotel was pretty quiet aside from the occasional stray dogs barking.

Good and Bad
Good---Trained staff at the lobby, stable hot shower, keep our baggage even after check-out
Bad---Location was not good. Some roads were blocked and it was difficult to reach there; When we reached the hotel, serious floor cleaning was being done. Why did they need it on the customers' check-in time?; Breakfast: one of the worst experience in my life; Some aunts were walking on our room floor...; Neighboring noise was terrible.; No drinking water service.
This hotel is run by the same people who run the Tara Palace in nearby Chandni Chowk. I have stayed at the Chandni Chowk hotel many times, but thought I would upgrade to this hotel (in Daryaganj) for a change. The rooms are very nice. The bathroom is quite nice, with a glass partition between the shower and the rest of the room. The shower had very hot water, providing a great bathing experience after a long day of touring. I highly recommend this hotel and its great staff!

Disliked: Amenities
Chambre propre dans l’ensemble , beaucoup de calcaire....
The worst hotel we were staying at in our whole life ( we trawel a lot!) :( directly after arrival the manager took us to his office and tried to sell us very expensive trip to Agra and Jaipur.
They didnt cleen the room not even once during our 4 nights there. Bedsheets were dirty and all room smelled strange. Bathroom was cold, sink and toilet was not cleaned in a loong time. Mould was covering shower courtain.
Brakefast was serwed in a basement and to be honest not much choice there so we ended up eating toast with jam every morning.
Realt not recomed this hotel to anyone!
This is a good budget priced hotel in an interesting part of Old Delhi, within walking distance to the Red Fort. Hard to find, but the helpful staff talked directions to the taxi driver on the phone. The room was basic, but spotlessly clean, and comfortable, with good free breakfast.
Lovely hotel with great friendly staff that are always on hand to help in any way they can. After hectic days exploring it was always nice to came back to some where homely and welcoming
