Do not go to that hotel!!!

We landed at Delhi airport close to midnight and took a taxi to the hotel arriving at about 1:00am with my two daughters. Although we have booked the rooms and paid in advance on Hotels.com, booking confirmed and fully paid, the hotel gave our rooms to other customers! They almost didn’t let us in the lobby saying they have no space. Then they tried to send us to a nearby place that I refused since it was very dirty. You don’t want to be in that situation. I can’t believe that Hotels.com are putting up with that. That hotel should be removed from Hotels.com website!

My Royal holidays

A small hotel in Karol Bagh. Hotel has everything you need. Hotel Management and staff provided very good service and were really friendly. Nice area to stay in. I have been treated there like a Goddess.

Excellent place ! Very happy .

We had had a mad week in India staying in all types of different hotels. For our last night we wanted a 5 star experience and this hotel delivered. Food , rooms , service was immaculate . The manager Sumer was exceptional and looked after all our family needs . All the staff were very professional . The swimming pool and gym was perfect for us. Thank you for a great stay!

amazing experience and ultimate service , stay with this hotel memorable wonderful and very peaceful. the staff was very helpful and very courteous towards us.they always treated us with smile .the room was very well decorated and the fresh flowers decoe all around the place was very refreshing .a very pleasant and comfortable stay.helpful and friendly staff members , everything was amazing and good hospitality, rooms found very neat and cleaned ,we will come back very soon.

"One of the finest Hotel in Karol Bagh,Delhi" It was an amazing stay,for couple of nights at the Hotel Royal Holidays. Staff very helpful,Really it is Nice and peaceful place and very prime location. Check in was very smoothly, when check in made luggage carried up to room, very comfortable, from check-in to check-out everything was perfect,Its just incomparable to any other place in terms of hospitality. Rooms and Bathroom found very neat and cleaned. it was very comfort that did not allow me to call at reception for any cause. The food was tasty and delicious. I would highly recommend for Hotel Royal Holidays.Excellent staff, always eager to help at any time. who execute their roles perfectly in all respect in a very professional manner.I would certainly be back here both for my business and personal travel to Delhi, superb.

"Excellent hospitality And outstandibg services" The ambience of the hotel is very good .specially pricewise the accoommodation is very reasonable and comfortable .The staff right from the bell boy to the manager takes verygood care and behave very friendly and also provide authentic useful information voluntarily about local and outside Delhi tour information .it is really appriciable and memorable trip .The room and bathroom very neat and cleaned and maintained very well .They remember their old guest which is why i come back for business and family get together .The service and their hospitality always on top The staff are extremly courteous and helpful .

Er is niets goeds aan dit hotel, behalve dan de netheid die is matig. Voor de rest is het een ramp. Elke kamer heeft wel twee of drie mankementen. Of de tv doet het, dan is de koelkast kapot, dan stroomt er niet voldoende water. Eerste incheck bleek koelkasten al wekenlang met rotte beschimmelde troep niet schoongemaakt te zijn. Volgende incheck, airco deed het niet. Ik kan uren doorgaan.
