Its been the worst experience of a Hotel Stay by far. The Hotel was under renovation with no Running water , AC not working and room's fittings all broken. Also the staff was very rude as the payment was done in advance. No breakfast was provided as detailed during the booking. I will make sure to never book through expedia and never recommend anyone to use your website for bookings.
Food is expensive and not good. They don't accommodate the guest even for 30 mins after check out time. The sink was broken and the toilet was not hygienic.
Locating the hotel was difficult. The hotel is located at an extremely crowded place. Checking in was cumbersome. Receptionist was more interested in the personal details of me and my boyfriend. He asked whether we shared the same address, whether we were married or not. None of his business really. The room was dingy with no windows. The walls had seepage. There were cobwebs all around the room. The washroom was dirty. I had booked a superior room where the bathroom should have a bathtub. There was no bathtub. The Wi-Fi was terrible...couldn't connect any of our devices. The mobile network also terrible in the room. Hotel asked me Rs.650/- for an airport pickup, whereas the pre-paid cab from airport actually cost me Rs.305/- only. The map shows the hotel is situated only 3 kms from new delhi railway station, but the receptionist told me its more than 6 kms and hence charged me Rs.350/- for dropping me to the railway station. I had to leave early morning, the manager promised me an early breakfast (as per my package) the night before, but made excuses in the morning. Overall a terrible experience. Would never recommend anyone.
Very good hotel would like to suggest to everyone, would like to stay here one more time. Hotel staff is so friendly and humble

rooms were good, carpets were torn in the stairs
they had booked a student group on the same floor who kept on nocking our door by mistake through out the night making us very restless.POOR MANAGEMENT
