Hote Arjun

Nice hotel with clean rooms and hot water. Very friendly and helpful multilingual staff. 24/7 reception/room service. Busy location during the day in the midst of an outdoor market but quite calm at night.

Brown sained sheets ruin nice stay

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review, especially in India. But I must. First I will say that the hotel is certainly adequate, good hot shower and comfortable bed and a good value for a very low price. Best season to stay here, great location in the middle of the Main Bazaar. Easy walk to and from the New Delhi train station and Metro. Thus easy to get to the airport via Metro. Not reliant on taxis. Can't really say that I wouldn't stay there again, but there are lots of cheap choice on the main bazaar. Ok for the bad stuff. When I checked in the bathroom obviously had not been cleaned and was absolutely filthy. They took care of that immediately. In the morning when I pulled back the sheets and cover there were brown stains. I'll leave it up to the reader to determine the nature of those stains. They were down towards the bottom of the bed so I didn't see them when I got in bed. I did see them after showering, so at least I was clean. I told the front desk man as I was leaving and his only response was "no problem." Obviously the boy cleaning the room had not really cleaned the room or changed the sheets. Too bad that a lazy cleaning boy can cause such a bad review. Hope he lost his job. I doubt he did. Another instance that India would be such a better place if women were in charge. But then the world would be as well. Men just don't care.

Toxic naftalene balls used, would not choose again

The location of this hotel is great: good for shopping and close to the RK Ashram metro station. Improvement points: please do not use math balls as room/bathroom fresheners, as naftalene is toxic if inhaled for long periods of time! The first room we got had an extremely strong smell of naftalene (moth balls). The second room had no smell, but there were moth balls in the sink and shower drain. Staff was friendly, but one of them asked for tips a few times. Strange fact: there were several people sleeping on the hallway. Hallways quite noisy at night from staff and guests traffic and conversations and a doorbell installed on the wall. Also, our room was underneath the kitchen, which was very loud at night. In addition, the price of water bottles kept changing from 30 to 60 rupees, depending on the staff. Would not stay at this hotel again!

Myke senger og ok rom. Bråkete område, men dette må man nok regne med når man bestiller et hotell såpass sentralt. Pluss for kort vei til restauranter og butikker. Opplevde å få lite hjelp fra personalet, og at de til tider kunne være litt utrivelige. Blant annet ble jeg og venninne min mjauet på, noe vi ikke syntes noe om.

The place is good considering the cost. Hot water, flat tv, clean bed clothings, fair wifi, working A/C, decent sink, toilet and shower(with no curtain) and safe. Great staff attention always willing to help. You will get your money's worth staying here.

Amazing value for money, clean and comfortable

For the price it is amazing value for money especially if you had triple occupancy of the triple room (I was only one person and it was still cheap). Clean and comfortable. Food not great but service friendly and not hassling like many places in this price range

I was stay in one night its amazing, Nice welcome front desk manager always smile. Reception is small but the front desk staff is handle very easily. service is good but some time is delay because of on that day only one service man is on duty, But its amazing.. rooms are clean but some things is not proper like washroom shower... But I Like that Hotel In this hotel Great experience....

Pleasant stay an pleasant people

I was there in the hotel unaware that the check in time is 12:00 noon. I was Worried but then Mr. Vijay Sharma Helped me out. He give me early check in before 12:00 noon. I really Appreciate the helping nature of the Hotel staff. and the rooms were also good and clean. Food was nice restaurant service is good i recommended to all travelers to this Hotel.

nice and budget hotel

i was stay in hotel arjun its a nice and budget hotel service good and clean bathroom. front desk staff is helpful and polite. food was good also make a fresh food. when i was came in delhi so always stay in arjun hotel.

Perfect for Delhi-experience.

It was my first time in Delhi and Paharganj is the place where you want to be! It is not quiet, the rooms aren't quite romantic, but if you don't like sounds of cars, motorcycles, dogs and cows, you shouldn't come to India. The hotel staff is very friendly and trustworthy and we would really recommend it.

Not a good choice

No blanket provided and when I requested, they gave me bedsheets. Washroom did not had any door. Window was just below the ceiling which made it impossible to close it even when it was cold outside during the night

Bom custo-beneficio para a regiao.

Considerando os hoteis na regiao, este hotel encontra-se dentre os melhores custo-beneficios da rua. Nao tenha uma grande expectativa a respeito. Fazem um trabalho correto e apresentam um bom quarto com TV LCD, pequeno refrigerador e cafeteira. Pequeno cafe-da-manha entregue no quarto. Banheiro precisa de reforma, em especial chao e porta.

Pahar Ganj en solo

Bien situé dans Pahar Ganj. J'y ai séjourné seule. Chambre sans fenètres, parties communes assez bruyantes, forte odeur d'humidité (et de naphtaline) mais personnel très sympathique. Relativement propre (draps, chambre...) En résumé bon rapport qualité/prix pour un hôtel à Delhi.

에어콘이 없음. 엘리베이터 없음. 짐이 많은 분들은 고려를 하시고 0층(한국의 1층에 해당)에 보관요청 가능 함 뉴 델리역 건너편 상가골목 중간즈음 위치 낮에는 외기 온도와 실내온도 동일하고 - 새벽엔 외부보다 내부가 더 더워서 숙면이 익숙치 않음. 기타 직원들의 태도는 그리 썩 나쁘지 않음 새벽 비행기 도착으로 잠시 몸을 뉘었다 가기에 가벼운 숙박비를 고려하여 이 호텔을 선택했음

Una estafa en toda regla

Comunique un problema en el vuelo con suficiente antelación y me dijeron que no habia problema para que mi pareja se alojara esa noche, ya que la habitación ya estaba pagada. Y que sorpresa nos llevamos que nos hicieron pagar de nuevo la habitación ofrecièndonos un descuento por noches adicionales. Un robo. Hoteles.com no ha respondido a mis quejas.
