The hotel did not honour my confirmed booking when I landed at their reception! While they kept saying tech issue, I am pretty sure it was because they would have sold the inventory at a much higher price due to AI Summit in Delhi.
They asked me to move to a property nearby, which was so bad, smelly that I had to move out after an hour. Was literally on the roads of Delhi for a few hours before I figured out another hotel.
