"They’re about to raise the dog fee to $200 so we won’t return just because of that. We come down each year for a dog event and travel 6 hours. Our dog doesn’t bark, destroy things or even shed- but I get it. One person ruins it for everyone. As we walked down the hallway, the cleaning staff screamed so loud (woman afraid of dogs) that it scared my dog more than I think she was even scared. "The room was comfortable and the check-in/check-out staff were both friendly and efficient. We unfortunately stayed the same time as a kid's party and or Little League team. They ran up and down the halls a couple of times and completely took over the pool/gaming room. While they did offer to make room for us, I felt the children were too large and energetic for my 2 year old to join them. This is my second time staying here and I plan to come again."
