"Overall really liked the property! Great staff, kind, courteous, amenable to needs of guest! Like the convenience of pool & gym & free garage parking on property and that you can park on the level that your room is on. Beds were comfortable although lower to the floor. Room & bathrooms were clean! Only down side but not under property's control is people walking down the street at 2-3:00 am being loud, screaming or laughing that startled me awake several times. Maybe not so bad on higher floors....

"Friendly staff. We had an issue with the TV and it was addressed in 5 minutes and was replaced in less than an hour. Room was clean. Bathrooms could use a little updating but are clearn. If you plan on going to Dover Motor Speedway, this is a great place to stay, less than a half hour away. If you want to go to the beach, Slaughter Beach is only 15 minutes away. If going to Dover again I would definitely stay here agian."

"The man at the front desk was firm yet nice. Made me feel safe. I was in an upstairs unit with a well lit stairway. The bed was too firm for my liking and the metal frame was not my favorite. But for price and location it was more tan adequate. "
