"We had a beach view and it was lovely. We would sit outside for our morning coffee and the view was lovely. I think I was most impressed with the front desk. I regret forgetting his name but he was so informative with every question we had. It was such a wonderful time and looking forward to our next get away."

"It was a wonderful stay. We really enjoyed it."

"Beautiful resort. The fitness center was well equipped and clean. The pools were wonderful. Dolphins were observed feeding just off the dock. The walking paths are nice. Even off season there were plenty of staff in restaurant and at the pool cafe. Great view off the balcony of our room. Be prepared for extra fees for resort and parking. If you rent a car bring your EZpass . A lot of tolls in FL including the Leeway to Sanibel. Princess cruise was not operating so we went to Naples and took a...

"Very good on everything I love the location"

"Everything was fine except the first room they gave us was with cockroaches dead like 7 or 8 but we went back to the lobby and they were very nice and change our room. The other thing that we didn’t like was the beds, they are extremely hard. Everything else was fine. Very familiar and relaxing."

"The pool is beatiful the staff are very attentive"

"Ok"

"Apparently they were having issues with the water/sprinkler system and the fire alarms kept going off. One was 10 pm and another at 4 am. We were on the 10th floor. Thankfully they were false alarms. The only other issue was 6 young children running all over the place and screaming until almost 11 pm. We couldn't even sit on our balcony and enjoy the evening. They were out of control and the parents totally oblivious. The next morning patrons were all sitting outside eating breakfast and the...

"Resort is very clean and nice to have restaurants and bars on site. Close to many of the restaurants in Fort Meyer’s beach. Pool and beach chairs are nice to have and also free use of bikes. We rode bikes on beach Only downside is drinks way to expensive but you could bring own drinks as have fridge in room."

"Buen servicio"

"Loved the balcony view, breakfast spread, hot tub and heated pool."

"Room was old and worn out. Alarm beeped all night long from outside fire safety light.Bed was comfortable but didn’t have a blanket or cover, only two sheets. Couldn’t figure out the tv. Shower leaked into kitchen. Stove but no pans(wouldn’t have used it anyway). Nice packet of coffee but barely any cream or sugar. Pool was crowded with empty cans and cups all over. You don’t have to stay at the hotel to use the pool. No beach towels only white bath towels from your room. Location is great....

"The staff was very hospitable. The location was perfect for us. The hotel restaurants and offerings were excellent!"
