The lobby, breakfast area and pool were very nice. Our room was decent but there were two dead cockroaches on the floor that I noticed in the morning. We live in FL and are used to seeing cockroaches (palm meadow bugs) so wasn’t really too concerned).

However, twice in 12 hours we found our TV not working and the first time, in evening, there was one person on staff in entire hotel and it took him well over an hour to come and fix the problem,which he knew about. The next morning, it happened again and no one answered my request, later telling me she went to the wrong room. Unacceptable.
