We had some chicken wings and buffalo cauliflower at the bar while we waited to leave for our venue that night. They were delicious. The room was clean the smell throughout the whole hotel was amazing. The lobby was breathtaking when you walked in and it just felt comfortable like I was on a vacation far far away. Definitely downloading the app for Hilton and going to use Hilton going forward. I was blown away by this hotel, and we will be returning every time we go to Orlando. "

"The website pictures of the hotel have a false image. Our room had holes in the wall, dirty sheets. A leaking sink. Too much activity going on the property. The pool was dirty. I was disappointed. The office staff was nice. But never again. "

"Half of the parking lot was blocked off which severely limits the amount of parking near the hotel. Staff never mentioned alternate parking when checking in earlier in the day. There was no parking available when we returned from dinner and I had to go back to the desk to ask where to park. Alternate parking is in a lot across the street from the hotel. I think the $15 per day charge for parking is unreasonable given you have to park in the next block. Hotel also charged two extra $20 charges to my credit card after I checked out. We called my bank while the charges were still pending and they never went through. Check your credit card statements."
