"Small lodge hotel, the room I had was a 2 star in comparison to other hotels I stay at. Very loud up till 11pm with the pool table being right next to the room in the bar. The food in the restaurant in the evenings was really good. Breakfast was average. The staff were friendly and helpful. "

"Fabric of the building well past its prime, but not quite old enough to be retro or cool. Cold room, poor WiFi (not enough signal for a reliable video call). Breakfast ok, staff ok."

"Fantastic stay. Stayed many times in a snug pod for business maybe 15 times a year. Tried a cabin for first time because the price was cheaper than normal. Amazing, shame its too expensive to do more often. Only downside was the wifi was hit and miss but overall very good"

"This is an amazing space with good connection to many attractions. Beautiful setting in the country with great views, ponds of swans, and short distance to restaurants. We had a bit of trouble with the heat and plumbing but the owner was quick to check it out. "

"What a wonderful find. The house is a great location, Just a few minute walk from the train station which takes just 20 minutes to Edinburgh and a shirt uber ride from the airport. The supermarket and other amenities are just a short walk. The house had all amenities we needed. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a cloakroom toilet meant a group of 6 adults had plenty of space. "
