To our disatisfaction, we gave the hotel a chance.
We thought we would give this local hotel a chance since we are visiting family on the same side of the island, but have been quite disappointed. The beds are old style Japanese, which means you sleep on a very hard mattress (like a box spring). They brought an "extra pad" for the beds, but it isn't even noticeable and is painful to sleep on if you're used to an American mattress. The hotel restaurant also has signs that if you dont make a reservation the restaurant could be closed....so we dont have a place to trust we can eat at either. Breakfast or dinner. We paid in full up front using hotels.com thinking that would be appreciated but there is no cancellation policy either. We want to modify our reservation so we can stay with family and not drive 20min back and forth across the island but they wont let us. Highly disappointed. I wouldnt reccomend this hotel to anyone...its not a bad room, it has cable, it has free wifi, but it's also an unsecured wifi network. The poor mattresses, need for a restaurant reservation, and lack of a cancellation policy make this a very dissatisfied hotel stay. I feel let down that I cant get out of my stay after paying up front and taking a chance with both the hotel and hotels.com.

It was like “The Shining”. The hotel seems to be essentially closed. I never saw evidence of another guest and all the restaurants/services were closed.

Thank you very much for your comments. We are very sorry that our hotel did not seem to have any evidence of other guests during your stay with us. Most of our guests play golf during the day, there for it may seem like not much guests are at the hotel during the day time. As for the restaurant at the hotel, it only opens during the evening time for dinner. Also depending on the number of guests, there may be times that the restaurant closes early. Once again, we are sorry for any inconvenience we may have caused. We hope to see you again here at the hotel

Nice clean resort at a quiet location
The resort seems old but it is well maintained. The room is spacious and clean. Loved the quiet location and close to the beutiful Ritidian Beach, a definite place to go in Guam. Only a few people on the golf course. Overall, very satisfied and would stay here again.

terrible place. Really past its days and everything is breaking down, dirty, stained except for the bathroom that was actually very good. Weird. The beds are bad, small and very tough. In the Reception at night was a weird middle aged Japanese guy, extremely unfriendly. In the morning a lady was there that was much nicer.

This hotel was pretty far from Tamung. It is dated but the rooms are very large and clean. The beds are small and low (japanese style). Free internet is in open air un-air conditioned lobby. Staff made every effort to be accomodating. The hotel was very quiet, apparantly not many guest that week. Discount at next door restaurant was overridden with a service charge. (so no discount)

Very accessible to downtown Tumon.
My stay was fabulous. Staff and management were very accommodating. Excellent food at both their restaurants. I had a very spacious room and awesome toilet and shower. I will stay there on my next visit to Guam and would recommend it to my friends and families visiting the island. I want to thank the staff for being so caring of my needs.

Business trip at a Guam Golf Resort
The staff is VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean (except some mildew in the grout of the shower tile). Wifi is available, but only in the lobby. The hotel caters primarily to Japanese customers--Japanese language newspapers available, none in English, breakfast menu primarily Japanese in nature--the only American offering was bacon (or ham) & eggs-a little greasy, hotel store food was primarily Japanese in nature. Lots of wildlife-and that was fun--pretty bright green grasshopper outside my door for 2 nights, a large beetle, croaking frogs in the pond in front, roosters and chickens along the roadside. However, the price was right & I would stay there again if the opportunity arrises.

The hotel was very far from everything. You would have to get a car rental to travel around. Taxi will be too expensive. The beds was too hard. I couldn't get a good night sleep. I think sleeping on the carpet would be alot softer. I like the bathroom, even though it seems like I'm in a puddle after I'm done with the shower.

낡고 오래된 숙소지만 좋은 골프장
숙소와 식당, 골프장과의 거리가 가까워서 이동하기 편합니다. 식당이 한군데뿐이라 메뉴가 많지않고 인근 식당이 없어서 먹거리는 별로 입니다. 괌 숙소가 대체로 그렇겠지만 습기가 많은것에 비해 오래되고 관리가 잘되지 않아서인지 곰팡이 냄새가 있으며 설비가 대체로 낡았습니다. 숙소 자체는 가격대비 비싼편이며 골프치기에는 좋습니다.

반전있는 숙소, 그치만 너무 기대는 마세요~
새벽에 도착해서 입실하는 순간, 사진과 너무 달랐고, 낡았고, 관리도 잘 안됐고, 바닥에 카펫도 얼룩이 그대로 있고, 처음 든 생각은 '다른 숙소를 알아봐야겠다' 였어요, 어쨌든 새벽에 도착했으니 첫날은 그냥 잤는데, 아침에 일어나보니, 옴마 뷰가 뷰가 남다르더라구요, 골프장이잖아요, 대지가 엄청 넓어요, 수영장에 사람이 없어서 혼자 전세 냈었구요, 식당도 마찬가지고, 사람이 없어요ㅎㅎ 일본분들 몇분 만났고, 때마침 있던 테니스 강습이벤트(?)도 있어서 너무 잼있었어요 ㅎ 그리고 가격이 좋잖아요, 여튼 사진은 너무 했어요 ㅎ 바닥을 쳤던 기대감이 반전이 될 확률이 잘 없는데, 반전 있는 숙소였어요 ㅎ

ジャグジーを利用するつもりでしたが、水風呂でした。 部屋のシャワーの扉が割れていて、水が外に漏れてました。 手引きゴルフ9ホールがタダなのは満足です。 安く泊まると割り切るのなら、なんら問題ありません。

コースデビューにトワイライトゴルフが最高です。
妻のゴルフデビューのため利用しました。天候には恵まれなかったのですが、トワイライトゴルフ（16時以降、手引きカートなら無料）を2日間楽しみました。空いていたので、良い練習ができました。部屋は広く快適でした。中心地から離れているので、レンタカーを利用すると良いと思います。ホテル内の和食レストラン泉水で2日食事を取りましたが、ボリュームがあって美味しかったです。スタッフは皆さんはとてもフレンドリーで日本語が通じます。

ゴルファーには満足。コースもやさしい。
ゴルフ目的で、レンタカーがあったので、不自由はありませんでした。レストランは予約していないと入れませんが、朝食は、fontanaで食べられました。 ゴルフプレーの為、チェックアウトを融通してくれて、シャワーを浴びてチェックアウトでき良かったです。 電子レンジがあれば最高でした。

グリーンに囲まれた静かなホテル
ゴルフ目的ではなかったが、毎朝ゴルフレンジを楽しみました。 35個／１かご5ドル　＋　レンタル1クラブ5ドル テニスとジムも利用しました。 毎午後はマイクロネシアモールまで送迎してもらい、島内バスで観光。 何よりも素晴らしいのは、そこで働くスタッフの皆さんがとても感じがよくて、温かいのです。またお会いしたいです。

初めての滞在、良かったです。
グアムは何十回行っていますが、このホテルは初めて泊まりました。グアムの地理にも詳しいはずですが、空港から車で行けども行けども見つからない。道を間違えたかと不安になりました。しかしながら、朝起きた時の周りの気持ちよさ、あれはタモンのホテルでは味わえません。本当に周りになにも無いので、バスもあるようですが、レンタカーの人におすすめです。次回はゴルフ目的で滞在したいです。

スタッフが大変親切で楽しい滞在になりました
歩いて行ける範囲にはお店はまったくありませんが、無料シャトルで中心地まで行けるので不便さはありません。お部屋は一部リノベーションされていました。ゴルフをとことん楽しみたい人向けのホテルだと思います。スタッフのみなさんが大変親切なので、快適に過ごすことができました。

また、行きたいホテルでした。
ゴルファーには　最高のホテルでした。スタッフに日本人が多く　食事も美味しい日本食。ただ、町中に行くには、行き帰り予約をしなくてはいけないし、30分位はかかり　不便です。

旅に何を求めるか？ということですが 本当のリゾート気分を味わいたいなら僕はスターツがオススメです。 中心街からも離れていて、のんびりリゾート気分を味わえます。 タモンのホテル街のように華やかな雰囲気はありませんが ゆっくりとした時間、いつでも空いているプール ゴルフをしたり、テニスをしたり、散歩をしたり 最高の休日を満喫できます。 ここはグアム上級者向けの施設だと思います。

My husband and i were sick at the first day of trip. We requested for early check in but got refused since their check in time is set at 2:00pm. We stayed there for 4 nights. One night, when we were back to hotel room, we found dome grass smashes in the bathroom floor and stains found on the desk of the room..i had really bad feeling for that and told the front desk. A staff came and swapped the floor of bathroom only. No one explained to us what happened. In fact, it was not the first time i found the stains on desk or other places else that night before, but i cleaned up by myself. I didn't report that since i did not want anything bad happened to us with room cleaning service.

ゴルフ場まで歩いて行けるので、最高でした。また、日本食美味しかったです。またゴルフに行きます。 今回はレンタカーを借りなくても、DFC、マイクロネシアモールまでのシャトルバスがあり活用させていただきました。 あと、日本語大丈夫でしたので、安心です。

ゴルフをするならこのホテル
ゴルフ場が隣にあるホテルなので、ゴルフされる方はおすすめです。のんびりとしていて初心者の方でも 気持ちよく回れるコースです。建物は古く感じますが、部屋は綺麗で、清潔感のあるホテルです。 トイレもウォシュレットがついていて、日本人向けです。バスタブとシャワーがセパレートなので、 ゆったりとできます。

ホテルを出るとすぐにゴルフ場
空港からは２５分程、ダウンタウンからは２０分程離れていますが、送迎システムがあるので不便はありませんでした。時期的に空いていたのでゴルフはやりたい時にすぐに予約が取れ夕方４時から６時はカート代のみでゴルフが出来、宿泊者はゴルフ代も安くなっていたのでゴルフ三昧の旅行になりました。 ホテルのレストランも和食が沢山あり、とても美味しかったです。 また行きたいと思います。
