"We stayed at this property for 10 days and was offered the room in the village and was in walking distance to the beach and salt water pool. The room that we were initially placed in was very spacious with a loungeroom and contained sandstone feature walls and ceilings which were not sealed and bits of sandstone was falling everywhere including on the bed, floor and on the lounge. After informing the property manager (Rola) about this, she was happy to move us to the room next door. This also had feature walls and ceilings but there was not one over the bed however the dust was still falling from the ceiling but not as bad as the other room. We received breakfast in our room every morning at whatever time we nominated which consisted of boiled eggs, labneh, cucumber sticks, olives, bread rolls and manoush. This was very filling and kept us full for most of the day. Room was very spacious with a loungeroom and TV, room was cleaned every day with fresh towels, bottled water replenished daily, a fridge and coffee machine in the room. Rola was very friendly and happy to attend promptly to anything we needed and asked for. I would recommend this property however the only thing I was disappointed with was the falling bits of sandstone from the ceiling. They need to fix this problem."

"We stayed in room 5 for 2 nights in May 2025. I have given it 5 stars for the view (the photos on expedia don't do it justice, i have attached some of the view from the room), it has a balcony plus location was great, 2 minutes walk to the restaurants on the front and walkable from the Old Souks area (though there are lots of golf carts as taxis). Room was clean and modern and breakfast at Rays exceptional. I would definitely stay there again but there are a couple of things to note: the parking charge was double that stated on Expedia. There is no kitchenette as stated, there is a (good sized) fridge and a kettle, no glasses or anything. Check in information was a bit confusing as you had to check in at Rays but when i asked initially the guy didn't seem to know anything but we got there in the end. But we had a great time and are definitely hoping to go back next time we are in Lebanon."

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and tastefully decorated with high-end finishes and floor-to-ceiling windows to take in the scenery. The service was impeccable—professional yet warm, with staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The rooftop pool and spa were highlights, offering luxury and relaxation with a view you won’t forget. Dining on-site was equally impressive, with fresh local cuisine and a stylish ambiance. Whether you’re here for romance, relaxation, or culture, this hotel delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended—we can’t wait to return!"
