I reserved a king suite. at the time of check in the front desk clerk provided my document to sign. I advised someone already signed and that the vehicle listed below was not mine. She casually said oh, i guess i had the last person sign the wrong form. I thought nothing of it until i got to my room. 2 queen beds, not the king suite i reserved and paid for by the way. I went downstairs and her only response was oh i guess i gave them your room too. my manager will have to refund you to make it right and we don't have any king suites available. Sunday morning at check out, i looked at my receipt and they charged me full king suite price and advised since i booked with Expedia they are the only ones who can issue the refund or price difference. Disappointed that no one took responsibility to rectify the situation. so i am out money.
