"The view from the room is not what we expected. We expected a direct oceanview and balcony facing the ocean where we could hang out on the balcony. All rooms face to the left or right hotal with no direct ocean front rooms. The bacony is 2' wide and can only fit plastic chairs sideways. Location is great. Parking at the hotel was limited as it seems non-hotel residents park there. Mattress seemed old and overly soft. Its truely a 3 star hotel."

"First room was not fully clean. Found hair in shower, trash under furniture. Room was supposed to have a sofa bed, but only had a regular couch so we had to accomodate. Got moved to another room which was worse. Everything was dirty, including walls and celing. Everything was old, but at least it had a sofa bed. We went to the indoor pool also. Temperature was good, but the pool itself was not clean. There were chunks of hair in the water, not from anyone in the pool since there were only 2 boys in it when we got there. Hot tub was also dirty."

"I would say pass this hotel. The hotel should have been closed while they are doing updates. The pool was down, no breakfast, no exercise room, no ice machine. I had to spend extra money for items that should have been available at the hotel. I will not be back."

"Rooms were not very clean, broken toilet paper holder, no shampoo or conditioner’s or lotion. Parking was convenient. "
