"Cabanas located in trees - you are literally sleeping outside. Different experience, but nice. Be aware that animals may enter, and the river is very close by, so maybe not so good for people who needs complete silence to sleep. Staff very helpful and nice!"

"A special place close to Yala that makes you feel like you’re in the park. Small staff was so friendly and lovely, and I felt well taken care of. Delicious meals—often candlelit and with an outdoor grill. Room was air conditioned and well appointed, despite the jungle setting. Only caution: there probably will be some wildlife in your bathroom! They also organized my safaris in the park, as well as pick ups and drop-offs, which I appreciated."

"We used the hotels as a base for a safari tour and it was an ideal base. The location is great, being a short walk (1500m) out of Tissa. Lake Wind Resort is a beautiful heritage building that has had life injected again by new management. The team could not have been more helpful and attentive. We had a few minor issues, such as a very minor leak (understandable as the build has recently had work done), but the team addressed promptly and properly. Don’t let that put you off because the...

"We spend two days in the resort. The arrival was easy and we received a heartfelt greeting. The room was very clean and we had a wonderfull view in the surrouning nature. The pool was as well Good organized and clean with a beautiful view. The breakfast and Dinner was amazing. You can chose between different meals which were prepared with local fruits vegetables and meat or fish. We like it that they Support the local Provider.
