"Good ocean view from upper floors. (We were on 4th). Very pleasant, though dated. Comfy quiet room. Great value for about $100 (March weeknight) We signed up for a second night! Best uncrowded beach walking anywhere! Almost solitary. Surf is far out, su very safe. Long, wide, flat, rockless white sand. Lots of sand & driftwood & tuffts of beachgrass forming dunes along the foreshore (that's whats blocking the oceanview from lower floors). Cafe worth a try; you might like it."

"Older motel but renovated and soo cute! You can’t beat the beach location! Great breakfast in the morning and super amenities for kids like free movie rentals, popcorn and hot chocolate. Indoor pool and hot tub were well maintained. Loved having an equipped kitchenette for the weekend. Staff is so friendly and helpful!"

"The room had a great ocean view. The property was older but had been renovated somewhat. Our only complaint was the “pet friendly” building had an odor in the halls (I think from the old carpet) and the room smelled old and not fresh. This was disappointing because you could tell the room was cleaned well but the smell made it feel dirty. Overall the hotel was nice and the amenities including the game room were a perk. Also, the restaurant had really great food and dessert. All of the staff were very friendly. "

"The staff here was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast far superior from average. Jose made to order excellent omelets. The view we had was worth the stay. My only disappointment, the gym was not as advertised. The only thing that was functional was a lonely treadmill. There were no weights, as the machine was roped off and broken. "
