"I am not impressed."

"Lobby and common areas like bug spray or some kind of pest treatment. Front desk lady was super nice and helpful. She’s the only staff member. There’s a guy that sits in the lobby closest to the desk everyday but it’s not clear if he works here or if he’s a resident. The apartment was impeccably clean. It’s jarring going from the smelly dark hallways into the apartment. Parking is pricey and I saw people camped out/possibly living in the garage on two occasions. The neighborhood is mixed- crackheads, college students, yoga girlies, crazies - but there weren’t any issues. This hotel doesn’t give room keys. Instead they text you a link that opens in a browser that you use to open all doors. It is a literal nightmare, WiFi/signal issues regularly cause it not to work, doesn’t load when you’re in the elevator but you can’t use the elevator without it. There was an attempt here to make an upscale Hilton-quality facility, it failed miserably. "

"The room was spacious. Our room smelled like someone had smoked in it previously. The breakfast was ok, pretty minimal in offerings. The common restroom from the lobby was without soap in the dispenser. Overall it was a good stay, just need to clean up the little things."

"The hotel was conveniently located near my meeting. The bathroom was remodeled but the entire hotel needs to be updated."

"Lovely and spacious room. Loved the residential suites, which gave me a bedroom, lovely living space, and full kitchen. More room than I knew what to do with. Best of all, the kind and highly accommodating staff went out of their way to help us when our flight was delayed 24 hours."

"First let me say the staff at the Westin were very nice. Be aware this hotel is at the top of a hill. We found it hard to find the main entrace when we arrived. We weren't the only guests who had this problem. We were on the 69th floor. Our room was very noisy. The elevator could be heard every time it ran. Sounded like a subway train. There was a weird woo noise that went on and off every 15 seconds or so the whole time we were in the room. The next day we asked for a different room. We were moved to the 27th floor. No more woo sound, quieter elevator. The bathroom was somewhat dirty. There were some hairs stuck to the walls and on the floor, and spots of something splattered on a wall. Other than that the room was clean and comfortable. The hair and splatter were still there after housekeeping cleaned the room for us one morning. The gym is very nice. The pool it's self was nice. We went in the evening. There were several large cockroaches wondering around the pool area. Some of the large tiles around the pool were loose. There was a bottle of Southern Comfort lying abandoned in the shadows along the wall. Something is going on with the elevator doors rubbing against the elevators. The decals on them are being scratched off. Sadly the potted trees framing the stairs outside are dying due to lack of watering. I wouldn't go back to the Westin because of all this considering what they charge. I also wouldn't recommend staying there."

"We love the Hotel Clermont! As soon as we opened our car door, we were greeted by Leon, who proved to be helpful in so many ways during our stay. Once we checked in, Brandon offered us a glass of champagne or a nonalcoholic beverage. What a sweet way to begin our stay there. The room was very comfortable and beautiful. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site the first night we were there. The food was fantastic. Harrison was our waiter and he was very attentive and lovely to work with. We can’t say enough about the Hotel Clermont. If we were coming through again, we’d certainly be back. We also look forward to visiting their sister properties."

"The room was dirty. There was hair in the shower and a lot of discoloration on the floor. The description says a shower/bath combo but it is just a shower. The bed is HORRIBLE. It is probably as comfortable as a sidewalk to sleep on. The air conditioning in the room didn’t work well so it was always hot in the room. The toilets are LOUD, you will hear all those around you being flushed. Parking is either valet or self parking in a sketchy garage, both are expensive. Overall I don’t recommend this room at all. The only this it has going for it would be the location. Personally I will never stay at the Hyatt again. Trust me when I say keep looking and avoid this property."

"One of my best stays at any hotel. Everyone was very friendly and generous to lend a helping hand. From the gentleman who helped us unload our car, to the staff at the check in desk, to housekeeping, to the quick delivery of towels and servicing our ice and fresh water daily. I was on a girls trip, so one of the days we sat out by the pool and ordered lunch and drinks. Once again the staff was accommodating, and the food and drinks were delicious. The rooms was precious and extremely clean, great full size/name brand shower products in the shower. To top it all of, the entire hotel smells amazing throughout. You do not feel like you’re in a hotel here, it feels like a relaxing spa setting. If ever in Atlanta again, this is where I will stay. "
