"The room was clean and well-equipped with quality products like Rituals shower gel. Staff were friendly and always happy to help. The location is great, with a few free parking spots available on a first-come, first-served basis and plenty of free street parking nearby. The only minor downside was the lack of complimentary coffee or tea in the room, which we’ve usually had in other hotels across Europe and Asia. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service."

"We enjoyed our stay as a family of four in one of the larger rooms. The room was clean and very spacious. The host Gael was brilliant at responding to our parking query and was kind enough to let us use the carpark after we had checked out. The location is brilliant- it’s very safe and only a 15min walk into the centre of Bruge. The only two things I will mention is the coffee machine had not been cleaned - it was quite dirty so we could not use it. Secondly, we have an electric car and we...
