"Lovely clean rooms, friendly helpful staff, excellent location in the centre of Brugge. Good selection for breakfast. Had a lovely stay, would recommend to anyone. Shower takes a minute to warm, once it does it's excellent, good temperature and good water pressure. Couldn't ask for more, excellent. "

"Very relaxing hotel with great ambiance being surrounded by many period features. Our room at the top was very clean and tidy and worked very well. The breakfast was great with plenty of fruit, fresh orange juice and includes a cooked breakfast if you wanted. The gentleman looking after the breakfast supply was very attentive, thanks. "We loved this hotel the location was amazing so close to everything. The staff were amazing and helpful. The only warning to note is there are stairs and no elevator, the stairs are steep and if you are travelling all the way from Australia and likely travelling with large luggage the you may want to ask for ground floor in booking or make sure you have someone to help get the luggage upstairs we have to go up 3 flights of stairs not easy. Doable but not easy. There is no air conditioner but...
