A higher rating would have been given but for the shower. It is totally unsafe. There is no anti slip strips or safety mat. Beware the shower.

The property was cute but could definitely use some tlc/maintenance (baseboards could use caulk and paint, replace broken outlet covers, original property “office” is boarded up and no longer a working office, landscaping stones and debris are on the parking lot, parking space numbers should be repainted if that policy is still in place, room #6 could use at least one towel bar or hooks, …). Although basically clean, there was a musty smell and we noticed several tiny ants in the bathroom throughout our stay. The sheets were clean and the bed was fine. The AC was great!! Great communication from property management. If the property looked like it did in the advertising photos, I’d stay again. As it is, I’d look elsewhere.

Arrived for a lte check in at night and room wasn’t ready and we were exhausted, no ocean view at all, someone living in the office, unit smelled like mildew or something, showed up at the room after being out and they were cleaning our unit out for a new guest a day prior to our checkout date and it was 730 pm at night. The lady threw all our food away from fridge, and moved all our belongings. If we hadn’t showed up who knows what would have happened to our things. Overall a terrible experience. Reviews were totally misleading.

Gute Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft war Teil unseres Roadtrips. Eine gute Unterkunft, die in die Umgebung passt. Es war bei Ankunft alles in gutem Zustand und sehr sauber. Da es aber ein Motel und kein Housekeeping vorhanden ist, wäre es schön, wenn Besen oder Staubsauger vorhanden wären. Wir waren am Strand mit unseren Kindern und danach war alles sandig. Das war sehr schade. Insgesamt ist es aber eine schöne Unterkunft, für einen Zwischenstopp empfehlenswert.
