Definitely do not recommend

We made our reservation in January. We showed up in June to find out our reservation has been cancelled, and they only tried to call us one time (left no voicemail, no email, nothing) and we were left with no hotel for the weekend. I understand things happen when you go under new management but I think it’s ridiculous that they didn’t even try to communicate a little more.

Nit what it looks like in the picture

It looked abandoned. There were only 3 people staying including us! All the bedrooms had the curtains open and as we walked by we saw that none of the beds were made. There is no one i. The office. Only when you check in and then I was told if I needed anything there was never anyone there that I would have to call a number that is posted on the door. Our room was clean but the ac was really loud.

Balcony outside our room to see the awesome view. In the middle of renovating so I understood some of the issues. Room had cold tile floor and sweated. Had to be careful when we walked. No coffee.

The pictures on this site is not the hotel the hotel is disgusting front door had gaps open fir bugs to crawl in and out. Mold on walls and ceiling i cant get my deposit back yet one excuse aftet anothet do not stay there car alarm went off middle if night found what look like a home less man trying to get in my car. Beware and stay away

Absolutely horrible

I do NOT recommend this hotel.. walked in the lobby to check in and the whole place smelt like weed, we had 3 children with us so that was the first red flag. The whole place looked a wreck from the outside and the people who previously checked in 10 minutes prior to us checking in were coming back down to leave and request their money back. I would believe every single horrible review about this place... and now the property manager is avoiding me and will not pay back the money we spent and we NEVER checked in. Told the front desk staff that it wasn’t a serious concern that it smelt like weed... absolutely mind blown.

Not fit for man nor beast.

Hotels.com needs to understand that the photos and description for this hotel is grossly misleading. It was on the beach, however, the condition of the building rooms and the parking Was awful. The building looks as if it hasn’t been updated or taken care of in many many years. My husband and I actually left Florida early because of the hotel and came back to Missouri due to the conditions.

Decent for the price.

Friendly staff. Right on the beach. Which was very nice. There were more windows than I expected. A good location close to shopping and amusements. Housekeeping came by and replaced towels every day. You could tell its age though. But for the money it was definitely worth the stay.

Won’t Ever Go Back

My room was almost soggy. There is black mold growing on the ceiling, the door jam was almost completely rotted through & the sheets felt like they had just come out of the washer & weren’t put in the dryer. We left a day early, however, the manager was kind enough to refund my money for the second night.

It was ok for 2 days.

We were supposed to get a room with Kitchenette but didn’t. We asked staff about it. We were told it was run out and to accommodate a room close to the beach. The room was small and no counter space to place anything.

Nice view

The location was beautiful but the room had a bad smell, the floor felt dirty, and shower didn’t work at all. There were dead roaches under the sink in the kitchen. Thankfully the bed was comfortable. Overall you get what you pay for so I can’t complain. We still had a good time as a family.
