The room was very dated, carpet, bed spread and decor. The bathroom was updated, but the toilet was loose and felt like it was going to top over. Besides a very weird smell that i covered with essential oils, the room was clean. The people were very nice and friendly.

Comfortable Stay

Nice last-minute stay. The property is aging and needs some updates, but the room was clean and comfortable. With some more upgrades, it could be a really nice boutique hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Nostalgic Gem

Very clean and maintained property. It is evident Mike takes immaculate care of the motel. Quiet location and hos entire family/staff were friendly. We will stay here again.

Decent hotel, courtyard was beautiful. Rooms were clean. Had a lil musty smell(what do you expect with all the humidity)butwe sprayed some febreeze and it was fine. Family business and they were all super friendly. Its literally a half block walk to the beach. 7-11 & circle k both really close. I would definitely stay here again!

Room clean, adequate space , desk friendly . Newer tile floors. Bathroom , toilet fine. Property dated…. Furnishings, drapes , lighting. Good size tv. . On a busy road. Wi-Fi good . Across the road from the beach. Certainly not elegant but a place to stay overnight. Get a room in the back to avoid street noise.

Spotlessly clean but dated

The place is a motel on A1A. Great location. The place is very dated and hasn't been renovated in decades. That said, my room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. Bathroom was tiny but clean. Main downsides are that the walls are very thin and the place seems to be used as low-income housing or shelter of some kind so there are some sligtly odd characters around. For this reason, it's not really a family place and you might feel a bit intimidated by it, especially if you are female travelers. Price is low so you get what you pay for and the place is very cheap for the location.

Amazing stay and service! ☺️

My room was very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was clean also. The area and the site itself was nice, quiet and clean as well. The service was amazing and the gentleman that helped me that night, I apologize for not getting your name but he was awesome and very friendly as well. I had a little trouble with my door locking me out a few times, but he was very willing to help. Thank you so much, I will definitely be back.

Front desk service was very poor: no greeting or hospitable vibe, at all. Room was sparse. Nowhere in sight any coffee/tea. No iron/board. A VERY rude man banged on my door announcing checkout was @10! This should've been alerted to me @check-IN as this is very unorthodox. Their saving grace is they are across the street from the ocean, on A1A, so beachtime was readily available & overall a safe nabe w/gas & 7-11 down the block if needed. Clean overall, but broken down/ratched, e.g. rusty shelf in bathroom/no blanket. Bedspread serves as such but of course I did not use because you know they are not washed daily.

Great location, clean room, quiet area for it being right off the road. Fantastic staff! Our stay was nothing short of fantastic, from the cleanliness, easy check, convenience of location and smiling greetings! The room was great size for 2 people, ac worked great, shower/water pressure was awesome. We will definitely return!

The property was clean, and the room was quiet, the price reasonable. The reason for my less than great rating is that when I first went to my room, one of the staff members peered into my open window. This was an invasion of my privacy. There was no reason for that.

I had an enjoyable stay. Nothing extraordinary about the property but you can tell that is well taken care of. Enjoyed the pool and the fact that sheets and towels were clean. Best part is how close it is to beach access cross the street and you're there. You can walk to places to eat. The parking is conveniently surrounding the property and it's a small inn so not crowded or loud. Carpeting was a little bubbly probably needs to be replaced but other than that can't complaint. Microwave and fridge in unit.

Hotel is right off the main beach road. Its and older property but well kept and clean. The bad news is the noise. Constant noise from traffic and being our room was right up front by the road was even worse. We also had neighbors that decided it was ok to blast very loud music at 2am in the morning. Called front desk and they finally got the other guest to turn off the music. They should have evicted them. They were then yelling cuss words. Did not feel all that safe with that going on. Daytona is not a great area and if I had kids it would not be a beach I would take them.
