Property was clean and room was spacious. Elevator was very noisy and rough looking. Erin was an exceptional host and really cared about the property. Breakfast was very good and IHG coffee machines are the BEST in the industry at this price point.

Front desk lady was friendly and helpful. When we got there there was a family with 3-5 kids sitting outside the main entrance in camping chairs who were always out there (adults were still there past 11pm), almost as if they lived out of this hotel or the shady motel nearby. The elevator rugs were filthy like the other reviews mentioned, and they just bolted another dirty rug on top. The room itself was clean, ac worked well, but the tub had some weird staining on the floor, enough that I chose not to shower. I wouldn’t say this place is dumpy, but it def needs some love. Outside the hotel it reeked like manure or something comparable. Like the other reviews mentioned there was no hot food for breakfast, just juices, coffee, some cereals and apples. We only stayed there one night, and wouldn’t stay again.
