The furniture was damaged, one of the drawers bottom was damaged and once opened it could not be closed. One of my friends room had no shower curtain, and nobody brought one until the next day. The bathroom was outdated, the shower was good though. The staff were friendly, and very polite.

The location is ideal for just about everything you need from a variety of restaurants and shopping, to multi-highway access. It's clean, quiet, and an overall great stay. Yes, despite the snow storm and some staff not being able to get to work. We had no issues and the people who were able to be there were very helpful. The main thing for this stay was getting the parking lot where you could get in out. So much snow in a day and half snow event and there are things that are out of your control but the people who did that made it possible for us to get in and out. Thank You.

Overall for a single traveler looking to save some money it’s a good place to use. That being said, the hotel is getting old so some wear and tear is definitely evident. Cracked tiles in the bathroom, wearing away of the porcelain coating in the tub, and a couple other minor things. The breakfast is good. It’s the same as a lot of places with the waffle maker and hot food along with oatmeal and cereal selections. The staff were friendly and welcoming as always. Unless you have issues checking out is simple and very fast. I would recommend staying here but don’t expect luxury. If you have extremely high standards then I would recommend paying $200-$300 a night somewhere else. For now, it’s a good place to rest your head for a night or 3. I would love to see them invest in revamping / redoing some of the rooms. I’d even be willing to pay a little more for it.
